Thank you for your interest in our client referral programs.  Most of our participating clients have earned extra income while strengthening their client relationships. We are committed to our programs and continually strive to provide our referrals with the necessary tools and assistance to actively participate.

Get 10% of the professional fees received from our services, with a cap of $1,500.00.

Receive a $5 Starbucks gift card for every successful referral.

What is a Successful Referral?

A successful referral is a company or individual that hires, and pays, our company for our services.  Once we receive payment, we will pay you 10% of our professional fees from our services, with a cap of $1,500.00

 

You must make sure that we know the referral came from you.  If the person or company contacts us directly, it is important that they let us know the referral came from you.  If you send us an individual or businesses’ contact information, please provide the below information:

 

  1. Name
  2. Phone
  3. Email
  4. Company Name
  5. Project Scope
  6. Location (City/State)

Note: I offer a money back guarantee if a client is not satisfied with my services.  Therefore, if for whatever reason I am not paid consulting fees I will not be able to pay the referral fee.

Referral Program Terms and Conditions:

  1. I will only pay for one referral per company i.e., if a parent company has several locations or branches they will count as one company for referral purposes.

 

  1. Referrals for companies I’m already in touch with, done business with in the past or currently doing business with will not count as a referral.

 

  1. Payment: Individuals that make referrals that lead to paid jobs will receive 10% of the professional services once I receive payment, with a cap of $1,500. .  Oasis Consulting Group will make referral payments generally within 30 days after the funds are received.  In regards to the $5 Starbucks gift card, they will be sent (1) day after I receive payment.

 

  1. I don’t take out taxes and will send you a Form 1099 after the end of the calendar year.

 

  1. I reserve the right to make changes or to terminate this program without notice. I reserve the right to pursue (or not pursue) referrals; I am not obligated to follow up on any given referral.

 

  1. I will not make any retroactive payments or payments outside the boundaries of this agreement.

 

  1. If you are employed by the company you are referring please make sure your boss approves of you receiving a referral fee.

 

  1. Please make it clear when talking to potential clients that you are not an employee of Oasis Consulting Group and direct them to me for any specific questions surrounding my services and/or fees.

 

  1. Integrity is at the very core of Oasis Consulting Group. My intent is to make this referral program work exactly as intended. It is designed to be a win-win-win program.  You win, the client wins and I win with the referral you provide.
